President Noah has decided to cancel the meeting on wednesday and

In this past meeting we had planned on doing the personal safety training course then work on our Pvc prep table.  However, this was changed due to the fact that none of our devices could load the course's video.  So instead we moved to the Pvc project.  We completed the base and next week we have decided to get the wooden top.  

At this meeting our original plan was to make our guide lines and mission statement.  However Steve brought to attention that there are some things that we should do differently so that we all end up having fun.  In the end we decided what our quarterly outing will be and that next week we will do a different activity, which Will W. will be figuring out.  The outing will be to Bear Canyon Lake and the primary activity will be canoeing.  

This week was a fairly simple meeting.  Our main course of action was to set up our summer meeting plans.

1) We decided not to vote on the summer idea yet

At this meeting we discussed positions, possible outings, and official meeting days.  Meetings will be held every wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00. For the position President would be Noah, the position V.P. of communication would be Will Y, For position of V.P. Program would be Ben, and finally the treasurer will be Will W.
