About Family Pack 1346 and Scouting

Scouts and their families enjoy a wide array of funactivities, including family camping, Pinewood derby, rocket launches, swimming, hiking, Scout Survivor, snow tubing, Blue ’n Gold Banquet, sporting events (e.g. Potomac Nationals Baseball or George Mason Basketball), and other local outing and community-supporting activities. Each Den also participates in several local activities or education visitation programs, unique for the age and rank they are achieving.

Each scout also has the opportunity to attend a week-long summer dayor resident camp.  We have Pack meetings monthly, where family members are encouraged to attend.  Den meetings areusually twice a month--an education session and "go see it" activity.  Our goal is to make an enriching journey of growth, education, and great fun. Please join us...you too can have fun and join in the exciting and personal developing Scouting world.

Pack Meetings:

Third Tuesday of each month--September through June

Fairview Elementary School Cafeteria

7pm-8pm

  • Pack meeting and event attendance is optional, but highly encouraged.
  • Consistent den meeting and event attendance is strongly recommended to ensure your Scout is properly prepared to achieve his rank and benefits from everything Scouting offers.
